UniFran Alliance members are bound by the professional obligations of confidentiality and legal professional privilege. All information pertaining to client matters is held in confidence and will only be disclosed in accordance with the express instructions of the client.
COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect personal information from our clients when our services are provided or an enquiry is responded to. Information may also be collected from individuals who subscribe to the UniFran Alliance newsletter ‘E-News.’ Such information will be used for the purpose for which it was collected. Such purposes may include the provision of legal advice and services,
Sensitive information will usually be collected only for the purpose of providing legal services. Where required by law we will seek the client’s consent to collect such information.
INFORMATION SECURITY
Reasonable measures are used to ensure that the information we hold is protected from misuse, loss, modification, unauthorised access or disclosure. All staff having access to personal information are subject to confidentiality obligations.
