The alliance was formed AS A RESULT OF CLIENTS ASKING US TO PRE-IDENTIFY COMPETENT FRANCHISE LAW PROFESSIONALS IN VARIOUS INTERNATIONAL MARKETS TO ASSIST THEM in EXPANDING their systems across the globe. By having aN ASSOCIATION of INDEPENDENT law firms in the represented countries, UniFran MEMBERS are capable of meeting franchisors NEEDS THROUGH FIRMS similar to those in their country of origin.

The member firms are ALREADY recognised  AS EXPEREINCED AND QUALIFIED IN FRANCHISE LAW IN THEIR HOME JURISDICTIONS AND ABLE to FACILITATE the smooth adaptation of A CLIENT'S EXISTING system TO the LOCAL MARKET AND ITS LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.

Each individual member firm is selected on their franchise expertise, service and costs comparable to others within the network and access to service providers within the franchise industry in their respective countries.  OF COURSE, EACH FIRM IS THE SOLE ENTITY RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS LEGAL WORK AND OTHER SERVICES.
